The companies listed on Finded are found and analyzed by our search engine. This information is available on the internet and is freely accessible to any user. We collect, aggregate, and organize this data to display the best companies to work for.
If you want your company to not appear on our comparison, you must first remove your information from our sources (Infojobs.net, Glassdoor.com, Talent.com and Indeed.com). Once this is done, our robot will not be able to track that information, and therefore, it will not appear.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is any information related to a person: name, email, address, phone number, ID number… Additionally, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their internet access provider. “Finded,” as the Data Controller, is required to inform Users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. Only the necessary data will be collected to provide the contracted service or to respond adequately to the User’s request for information. The data collected is identifying and corresponds to the minimum required to carry out the activity. Specifically, no specially protected data is collected at any time. Purpose: To respond to your information request made through our contact form(s). Legitimation: The legal basis for this processing is the User’s consent, which can be revoked at any time. Data Sharing: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by Ionos, which will be considered a Data Processor.
Minors
Only individuals over 14 years of age can provide personal data on this website. According to the LOPD and GDD, in the case of minors under 14 years of age, it will be mandatory to obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians for us to process their personal data. Additionally, only individuals over 18 years of age can use our services. - Right to data portability: in case you want your data to be processed by another company, “Finded” will provide you with the portability of your data in an exportable format.
- In the case of consent for a specific purpose, the User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.
- We commit to execute all these rights within the maximum legal period (1 month).
If a User believes there is a problem with the way “Finded” is handling their data, they can address their complaints to the Security Officer or the relevant data protection authority. The Spanish Data Protection Agency is the relevant authority for Spain.
Data Retention
The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information or until the consent given is revoked.
The personal data of Customers will be processed until the contractual relationship ends. The period of retention of personal data will be the minimum necessary and may be maintained for:
